The team at Gentle Dental Cambridge is welcoming all patients from Fresh Pond Dental. The Fresh Pond location is closed and is no longer seeing patients. All patients who received care at Fresh Pond Dental will now receive care at Gentle Dental Cambridge, 19 White Street, Cambridge, MA 02140 in the Porter Square Plaza.
Patients with Mass Health insurance will be seen at All Dental Watertown, 21 Main Street, Watertown, MA 02472.

Gentle Dental Burlington is a well-established practice. Joining together Woburn and Burlington locations will provide patients with access to additional doctors, appointment availability, specialists, and newer technology.
Gentle Dental Burlington and All Dental Watertown, like Fresh Pond Dental, are 42 North Dental-supported practices. This means the experience will be seamless for patients with records and x-rays immediately available with no lapse in treatment. Patients can simply arrive in the new location without needing to transfer records. Patients can also seamlessly receive treatment from any Gentle Dental practice. I’d like to have my medical records transferred to a new dentist that’s not a 42 North Dental supported practice. What do I need to do?
At any time if you need to transfer your records simply call our office directly and a patient care representative will walk you through the process of requesting a records release. There will be no charge for this service. You can also be assured that we keep all records securely stored at Gentle Dental Burlington for 8 years as required by law and you can request them at any time. There is no immediate rush or concern.
